The apartment is in an excellent location, only 150 m from the coastline and only less than 300 m from the beautiful sandy beach of Los Locos, from which there is a promenade leading to the beach promenade in the center of Torrevieja. Only a few minutes' walk from the apartment and restaurants, bars and shops at your fingertips. The apartment is located on the first line of the coast, but is far enough away from the street that it is quiet and peaceful at any time of the day or night. There is no pedestrian traffic under the building, no annoying noises from promenades and passing cars. The location of this urbanization is in the well-kept and quiet neighborhood of Los Locos / Los Frutales. Right outside the windows, the prestigious urbanization of Aldea del Mar with a huge amount of greenery. There is a large market nearby for daily shopping for fresh bread and groceries. There are public transport stops on the neighboring street to reach virtually any point in the city, including the bus station and the airport.

 

The apartment is on the second and top floor. One of its many distinguishing features is the surrounding terrace, almost 15 m long, where each room (bedroom, kitchen, living room) has a wide exit to fresh air. The terrace has a built-in part, equipped with comfortable sofas, which allows you to spend time outside all year round, regardless of the weather, enjoying views of the surrounding palm trees and the surrounding area to the end of the urban horizon over the roofs of neighboring buildings. On the terrace, in the next part, there is a table where you can enjoy a meal at any time of the day or sit with a glass of wine in the open air until late at night. On the second level, where there is a second bedroom with single beds (which can be pushed together and joined together), there is also a large terrace/solarium where you can enjoy the view of the nearby sea. There is a summer shower on the terrace, which means that on hot days you can constantly enjoy the hot weather in perfect comfort. There is also a toilet for guests living upstairs or using the upper terrace. Light beach loungers are available for guests, which can be placed on the terrace or taken to the beach.

 

The apartment has two new air conditioning, central heating, and a fireplace.

 

Guests can use the beautiful and clean swimming pool free of charge and year-round. The swimming pool in the inner courtyard provides shelter and an alternative to sunbathing on windy days, and is still the biggest attraction for the youngest.
