Modern and spacious apartment with two terraces on the top floor of the prestigious Flamenca Village complex in La Zenia.

It is a gated and guarded estate with low, modern buildings. There are 6 swimming pools on the estate, including 3 heated (one with a bar). The estate is inhabited half year round by the owners, and half by guests renting apartments for a holiday or a few days.

The estate is very well-kept, clean with numerous plants, benches, playgrounds and watercourses.

The apartment consists of two levels, on the second there is a huge terrace with a summer kitchen, sun loungers, a table with chairs under an awning. The terrace overlooks the entire estate, the surrounding buildings and the sea. There is also a summer shower on this terrace.

The apartment is intended for 4-5 people (the fifth person can sleep on the sofa in the living room). In the residential part there are two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a storage room/utility room with a washer-dryer. The apartment has ducted air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen with the necessary appliances. From the living room there is an exit to a large terrace overlooking the estate courtyard with swimming pools. On this terrace there is a table with chairs and deckchairs to enjoy relaxation and meals outdoors.

The apartment is very well located, i.e. "facing the sea" ... view, sun, space, luxury and comfort ... everything you need during your vacation.
