A modern and spacious apartment with two terraces, located on the top and highest floor of the prestigious Flamenca Village complex in La Zenia.

This is a gated and secure residential complex with low-rise, modern buildings. There are 6 swimming pools on the estate, including 3 heated pools (one of them with a pool bar). The complex is partly occupied year-round by owners and partly by guests renting apartments for holidays or short stays.
