Azur Apartment

Fully equipped apartment (2019) on the 12th, top floor of a block / apartment building. As standard, it is designed for 4 people, but for larger families (2 + 3) who want to stay together, a comfortable extra bed is provided.

Small pets up to (10 kg) are welcome.

The apartment is on the top floor, with a window overlooking the surrounding area and the Bay of Gdańsk, where you can even see Gdynia when the visibility is good. The height makes the apartment completely quiet, no noise from the estate / streets. The apartment from the inside, with an internal courtyard / patio with greenery, plantings and benches under the windows. There are two coded entrances to the building, the main and the side. 24-hour reception / security.

The area of ​​the apartment is 40 m2, which consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and a large glazed balcony. This glazing can be closed and opened depending on the weather. The apartment is finished to a higher standard. The space is used to the maximum and developed with a large number of cabinets, drawers and built-in space to size. The wardrobes will accommodate every thing or a large suitcase and will allow you to unpack comfortably during your stay.

The whole estate with lots of greenery, benches, clean and tidy. The apartment is sunny, especially in the afternoon and evening hours, when you can enjoy the view of the setting sun while spending the evening on the balcony. Even when it rains or blows, the glazed balcony makes it possible to have a good time, and the weather is not a problem.

Equipment:

• Bedroom: double bed 140 cm (medium hard mattress H3 / H4), cabinets and bedside lamps. A very large wardrobe with drawers and shelves. Window with blackout blinds. An additional blanket is provided. Linen provided.
• Living room: fold-out sofa for two people, chest of drawers available, 42 ”TV, Magnat bluetooth soundbar, wide opening exit to the balcony. Blackout blinds.
• Balcony: fully glazed balcony, about 6 sqm, balcony furniture (table and two chairs), ashtray.
• Kitchenette: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pans, pots, necessary utensils and cutlery, household chemicals and basic spices. Lots of cupboards and shelves.
• Dining area: table and chairs for 4 people.
• Bathroom: washing machine, rain shower, large space in cabinets, hair dryer, hand soap, toilet paper for the entire stay. Towels provided.
• Ironing and drying: ironing board and iron, and a fold-out dryer for washing or drying towels.

• Cleanliness: vacuum cleaner, mop, bucket, dustpan and brush.

• Baby cot: foldable baby cot available for a fee - reservation required.
• Elevator: There are two elevators in the block / staircase.
• Parking: parking space in the underground garage - reservation required.
• Bicycles: possibility of using city-type bicycles for a fee - reservation required.
• Gym: in the neighboring, semi-detached building on the ground floor, a new, two-level and well-equipped gym - free of charge. Internal passage through the reception desk.
• Children's playroom: there are three free playrooms for children on the estate.
• Playgrounds: playgrounds for children in the neighboring buildings, each other.
• Instructions and information: in the apartment there is always at hand instructions / regulations of the premises, which contain all important and necessary information to know what and how to use and where what is: from the entrance codes, parking space number, instructions on how to enter the gym or a playroom. Everything in one place so that everything is clear without asking or translating.

Location: Gdańsk Wrzeszcz lower - on the border of Brzeźno and Przymorze districts in the new housing estate "Zajezdnia Wrzeszcz", which in terms of location is a great starting point for exploring the Tri-City. The estate is well communicated - excellent access from the motorway (A1 and S7), perfect location for bicycle trips and proximity to the beach - on foot. You don't have to use a car to have a great vacation. To the Gdańsk Wrzeszcz train station, depending on the time of day, from 5 to 20 minutes. To the airport, depending on the time of day, from 15 to 40 minutes.
