A fully equipped beautiful Studio apartment on the 2nd floor in a block of flats. Entrance to the apartment via stairs. Two entrances to the building.

As standard, it is intended for 2 people, but an extra bed for one more person is possible.

The area of ​​the apartment is 32 m2, which consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom and a large hall. The apartment is spotlessly clean and completely renovated with custom-made buildings. The space is maximally used and developed with a lot of cabinets, drawers, shelves and light points. Wardrobes will accommodate everything, or a large suitcase, will allow you to comfortably unpack for the duration of your stay.

Behind the windows there is a view of large trees and Kościuszko Street. The apartment is sunny throughout the day.

Smoking is only allowed outside the building.

Small animals (up to 10 kg) are accepted. Reservation is required. Pet fee may apply - additional cleaning after pets.

• Living room: fold-out sofa/corner made of natural leather with sleeping for two people, fold-out armchair for another person, large chest of drawers available, coffee tables, smartTV 46 "with cable TV and Netflix, Bose bluetooth speaker with Internet radio, two large windows with blinds blackout. In the living room and throughout the apartment a lot of different types of lighting. Bedding for each person and an extra blanket provided.
• Kitchenette: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, coffee making set, kettle, toaster, pans, pots, necessary dishes and cutlery, household chemicals and basic spices.
• Dining area: double extendable table and chairs for 4 people.
• Bathroom: rain shower, hair dryer, hand soap, toilet paper for the entire stay. Towels provided.
• Ironing and drying: ironing board and iron as well as a fold-out dryer for washing or drying towels - in the utility room.
• Washing machine and washing capsules for the duration of your stay - in the utility room.
• Cleanliness: vacuum cleaner, mop, bucket, dustpan and brush in the utility room.
• Baby cot: fold-out baby cot available for a fee - reservation required.
• Parking: parking space behind the building right next to the second entrance to the staircase.
• Instructions and information: in the apartment there is always at hand the manual/rules of the apartment, which contain all the important and necessary information to know what and how to use and where what is: from entry codes, internet passwords to the location of rubbish bins. Everything in one place to make everything clear without asking and explaining.

Location:Gdańsk Wrzeszcz lower - at the border of the Brzeźno / Przymorze - Wrzeszcz districts, which is a great starting point for exploring the Tri-City. The apartment is well connected - excellent access from the highway (A1 and S7), perfect location for cycling trips and proximity to the beach - walk. You don't need a car to enjoy your vacation. To the Gdańsk Wrzeszcz train station, depending on the time of day, from 5 min. To the airport, depending on the time of day, from 15 min.
