A fully equipped family apartment on the ground floor of a multi-storey block. As standard, it is designed for 6 people, but a convenient extra bed is possible.

The area of ​​the apartment is 56 m2, which consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The apartment has been renovated and is refreshed and modernized.

Equipment:

• Bedroom 1: double bed 140 cm (medium hard mattress H3/H4). Very large wardrobe with drawers and shelves. Window with a blind. Extra blanket provided. Linen provided.
• Living room: fold-out sofa/corner for two people, coffee table/table, two chests of drawers available, SmartTV with terrestrial TV programs and Netflix installed. Bose speaker for music streaming and smartphone connection. Blinds and curtains on the windows. Table with chairs for 4 people.
• Bedroom 2: sofa bed for two people, wardrobe, table. Blackout blinds in the window.
• Kitchenette: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, oven, coffee making set, kettle, pans, pots, necessary dishes and cutlery, household chemicals and basic spices. Lots of cabinets and shelves.
• Bathroom: washing machine, bathtub, hair dryer, hand soap, toilet paper for the entire stay. Towels provided.
• Ironing and drying: ironing board and iron as well as a fold-out dryer for washing or drying towels.

• Cleanliness: vacuum cleaner, mop, bucket, dustpan and brush.

• Baby cot: foldable baby cot available for a fee - reservation required.
• Elevator: in the block/staircase there is an elevator - there is no need to use it, because the apartment is on the high ground floor.
• Playgrounds: in the courtyard, which can be seen from the windows of the apartment, a playground, and next to the neighboring buildings, other playgrounds for children, each different.
• Instructions and information: in the apartment there is always at hand the instruction/rules of the apartment, which contain all the important and necessary information to know what and how to use and where what is: from the entry codes. Everything in one place to make everything clear without asking and explaining.

Location:Gdańsk Żabianka - 20 min walk to the beach in Jelitkowo. 15 min walk to Ergo Arena. Excellent location, 3 minutes to public transport stops. In the vicinity there are plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, beauty salons - everything you need is within a few minutes' walk.
