A cozy, small ground-floor apartment located in a residential building in Gdańsk Brzeźno. It is an ideal place for a couple to relax, but it can also comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.

In front of the building and in the surrounding area, there are public free parking spaces available. Parking is not a problem here, which is a major advantage near the beach. The apartment is located in an inner staircase section, making it quiet and peaceful, with no pedestrian traffic under the windows.

The apartment has been renovated and is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Guests have access to kitchen appliances and utensils, a washing machine, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and ironing equipment.

The apartment was prepared with two guests in mind, who will enjoy an exceptionally comfortable holiday here, but 4 guests can also stay here comfortably.

A huge advantage is the location — the sandy beach is only a short walk away. The nearest beach entrances are numbers 46–51. It is a perfect place for a successful stay in Gdańsk: close to the sea, yet in a very well-connected part of the city. Nearby, there are tram and bus stops with easy access to the city centre, the Old Town, the airport, and railway stations. During your holiday, you can comfortably give up the car and enjoy getting around the city with ease.

Within a few minutes’ walk, you can also reach the Brzeźno Pier. Lovers of longer walks will appreciate the seaside route leading to Sopot and the famous Sopot Pier — along the sea, sandy beaches, restaurants, bars, and attractions that will be especially enjoyable for children.

The apartment is perfect not only for a holiday stay, but also as accommodation for concerts and events organized at the Polsat Plus Arena, which is within walking distance. Access to Brzeźno is very convenient — both from the A1 motorway and the S7 route, without the need to sit in heavy traffic.

Another advantage is the close proximity to the beach, restaurants, and bars — everything is so near that you can fully enjoy the area and easily walk back to the apartment.

There are also many shops and service points nearby: Biedronka, bakeries, pastry shops, a butcher’s shop, a greengrocer, a general store, and the famous fish delicatessen “Rybka”.
