In front of the building and in the immediate area, there are public free parking spaces available – a major advantage so close to the beach. The apartment is located in an inner staircase section, which ensures peace and quiet, with no pedestrian traffic under the windows.

The apartment offers a high level of comfort for 2 guests, but 4 people can also stay here without any problem.

A huge advantage is the location – the sandy beach is only a few minutes’ walk away. The nearest beach entrances are numbers 46–51. It is an ideal place for a holiday in Gdańsk: close to the sea and at the same time very well connected. Nearby there are tram and bus stops, making it easy to reach the city centre, the Old Town, the airport, or railway stations. During your stay, you can forget about the car and avoid parking problems.

Within a few minutes on foot, you can reach the Brzeźno Pier. Sopot and its famous pier are also within pleasant walking distance along the seaside promenade. On the way, you will find numerous restaurants, bars, and attractions – also for children.

The apartment is perfect both for a holiday stay and for accommodation during concerts or events at the Polsat Plus Arena, which is within walking distance. Access is very convenient – both from the A1 motorway and the S7 route, without the need to get stuck in traffic jams.

Another advantage is the proximity to all the key places – the beach, restaurants, and bars – everything is within a short walk (approx. 10 minutes).

There are also many shops and service points nearby: Biedronka, bakeries, pastry shops, a butcher’s shop, a greengrocer, general stores, and the well-known fish delicatessen “Rybka”.
