Studio apartment (with balcony) in hotel standard. The apartment is intended for a maximum of 4 people. It is located on the 1st floor of a five-story tenement house from 2019. The apartment is quiet during the day and night, there are no sounds of the day from the neighborhood, which is bustling with life most of the year. Just 100 m from the building there is the Gdańsk Marina and countless restaurants, pubs, shops and tourist and historical attractions. Only a few steps from the historic center of Gdańsk. The building has an elevator and an underground garage. There is a self-service laundry at the entrance to the building.

Studio: 2 single beds 90 cm that can be joined into one large bed, 2 bedside tables, a large sofa with a sleeping function (comfortable Bonnel filling, sleeping area 150x200). A wardrobe and a high bar table with four stools.

Kitchenette: cutlery, dishes and kitchen utensils, wine glasses, pots and pans, ceramic hob, microwave oven, fridge with small freezer, kettle, capsule coffee machine, tea, basic household chemicals, basic spices and a corkscrew.

Windows/balcony: view of the inner quiet courtyard, balcony set with chairs. Windows with day/night blinds, blackout curtains.

Bathroom: spacious bathroom with a large window and pleated blinds for privacy. A large shower cabin with a flat floor and a rain shower, washbasin, toilet, mirror, hairdryer, liquid soap for bathing and hands (at the washbasin and in the shower cabin).

Multimedia: Smart TV with terrestrial TV programs with the ability to log in to your own services (Chromecast, Netflix, etc.). 

Internet: free WiFi.

Parking: this is a paid parking zone, there are several free spaces in the immediate vicinity of the building (in front of the entrance to the staircase), but they are usually occupied, in the building there is an underground garage or above-ground parking spaces - additionally paid, prior reservation required.

Washing: There is no washing machine and dryer in the apartment - there is a self-service laundry at the entrance to the building.

Animals: only small animals up to 10 kg are accepted - an additional fee applies.

Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in the entire building (common areas, staircases, garage). Smoking is only allowed outside the building and on the balcony.
